Get ready to stretch and strengthen with Chair Yoga at the Greenfield Oldsters Club, sponsored by the Antigonish Women’s Resource Center!  
Starting April 1st, join us every Tuesday from 10:00am to 11:00am at 7575 NS-348.  
This engaging and accessible class is designed for all ages and fitness levels, allowing you to improve flexibility, build strength, and find relaxation—all while seated! Best of all, it’s completely free to the public and there will be an instructor on site.
