In “STRONG ROOTS, Drawings and Thoughts in Praise of Trees” Linda Johns weaves together narrative prose and black and white drawings to highlight the remarkable resilience and brilliance of trees as “elemental caregivers”.
Linda Johns is a well-known professional writer and artist, as well as a naturalist. “Strong Roots” is Linda Johns’ seventeenth published book, written from the solitude of rural Nova Scotia.
