• Restaurants, bars, wineries, distillery tasting rooms and craft taprooms can offer indoor and outdoor service with at least 2 metres/6 feet between people at different tables. There can be up to 25 people per table. Regular hours of operation can return as per their licensing. Masks are required when people are not eating or drinking.
• All retail stores can operate at maximum capacity possible with public health measures like social distancing and masks.
• Casino Nova Scotia and video lottery terminals can operate at maximum capacity possible with social distancing and masks. They must follow their sector specific plans. Regular hours of operation can return as per their licensing.
• Workplaces (like offices) can continue to follow a phased approach to have employees return to the workplace and need to follow OHS Hazard Management.
